Enterprise was a Delaware blank check company incorporated on July 9, 2007 for the purpose of serving as a vehicle to acquire one or more operating businesses.

On November 6, 2009 Enterprise consummated a merger transaction with ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc.  ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. is now traded on the NYSE Alternext US under the ticker symbol ARR.
